We are pleased to introduce an application intended for individuals coping with panic attacks and anxiety disorders. The application comprises a series of exercises designed to redirect attention and manage anxiety episodes.

Anxiety, being a precursor to uncontrollable panic attacks, can be difficult to navigate. These exercises aim to alleviate anxiety symptoms and impede its escalation.

Drawing from personal and collective experiences with panic attacks, we have incorporated diverse sensory exercises aimed at diverting attention during periods of heightened anxiety.
